Yesterday I was a little over eager to feed the bunnies; one bunny over eager to be fed bit my finger and as I jumped back in shock a coconut almost fell on top of my head. I heard that death by coconut, jackfruit and durian were all pretty common occurrences in these parts. Yeah I can imagine the Facebook chatter now…"How did she pass?" "It was death by coconut." "Oh…tragic."
The morning started with yoga on the beach, followed by a lazy buffet brunch of gigantuan proportions, finally got to feed the bunnies (who again tried to eat me) after which I learned how to make Hawaiian lei's (hard work), played traditional Malay instruments (no musical talent), witnessed a Chinese tea ceremony over a beautiful sunset, toasted the wedding couple, ate cake, snapped some photos and hopped on a flight bound for Manila by midnight. Did I mention the outdoor showers?
