Yesterday morning we met "Crush" (the name of our Harley which is orange, thus named after the famous soda - Orange Crush) who had been shipped out a couple of weeks before our departure, who was anxious for us to pick him up at Dudley Perkins Harley Dealership, and get him out on the roads awaiting.

Once in the saddle, we departed SF and began our ride by going across the Golden Gate (see Deena's photos she took below as we were on Crush!). Once out of the city we worked our way over to Rt. 1, the Pacific Coast Highway. Heading north up the coast. The sights were majestic and breathtaking as we winded our way up the coast and were literally at times right on the edge of the cliffs looking down at the Pacific as we rode. WOW!

Stayed the evening at a little fishing town called Fort Bragg. Enjoyed dinner and cold refreshing beverages from their own local brewery. After a long, adventurous day, we crashed around 930 and looked forward to experiencing the Redwoods on our way up to Eureka, our last evening stop before heading up over the mountains and down into beautiful Scott Valley, where Tim grew up.

Stay tuned, much more ahead!

This is just so cool for us to live and experience this incredible trip/journey/vacation with you two. A little bit envious but it is so nice and a great break from our day in same ol Ctrl PA. (ice cold beverages in a little fishing town along the Pacific.....ahhhh) Keep on taking pics and post them. They really ad to the story.
