We spent the majority of our day today walking (and I mean walking) around San Antonio. We put on over 10 miles. The Riverwalk in San Antonio was beautiful and should not be missed if you get to the area. We started our day at the Alamo, walked the riverwalk and saw the lock system, walked around Market Square, walked to the Tower of the Americas and saw the view from 750' in the air, walked to the Rivercenter Mall, then finally had supper there. Not only is this one of the prettiest cities, but it was also very clean. San Antonio is definitely one of the highlights so far of our trip.

San Antonio is full of fond memories! loved the river walk! too bad didn't catch you in new Orleans - really loved mardi gras museum of floats - amazing to see! Glad to hear u are having a great time ! we leave for Portland in a few days ! and will join in the wunderlust / exploring spirit for a week!
