Gudmund calls the island Alcatraz. This little island with a fort is situated in Trondheim harbor and served as Trondheim's execution ground and special prison in ancient times. Also, monks used to live there. What's more, it used to be a German fort during WWII. Gudmund and I had a picnic there while enjoying the view of Trondheim.

It is my understanding that many light houses in Norway are small.
