We actually got to sleep in a bit before heading off once again to the market.  Some other tourists at the pension had tipped us off that we will get better seats for the show if we book ahead in the Oddessey ticket office.  Lucky we did as tomorrow night´s performance is almost sold out because one of the top Tahitian dance groups is competing-Toa Reva!

Then we took Le Truck to the Museum, in Paea.  We got in free because the caretaker is from Rarotonga and knows Ina´s family.  Nice displays, not enough of costumes which is what we really wanted to see.  We got stranded for an hour because the trasport back to town on a Saturday is very sporadic.  We only barely made it to the market in time to get more cheap sandwiches, then go back to the pool.

Then we did the 45 minute walk from the pension to Place Toata, thanks to booking ahead we were right up front.  The first group ran over time-an hour and twenty minutes and their show was kind of boring.  It was supposed to me about the war between the tribes but it moved very slowly.  Then there were two singing groups and the second dance group of the evening who were really good.  We had planned to go to Royal Kikiriri dance club afterwards to party with the locals, but they rejected Ina´s singlet and we were too tired to go home, change and come back so we called it a night.
