I don't know how we never knew about this place! A definite cool find! Very equestrian oriented - which made some neat horse and biking trails. We hiked a 4.2 mile loop - a bit more terrain than either of the last two hikes. We then continued on to do another 3 miles - this time out of the forest and into open farmland with rolling hills. We sat underneath a GIANT maple tree for awhile - very cool. Used jewelweed to heal mosquito bites. Found hickory nuts - tasted a bit - sweet. Found cattails as well.
