Settled in Perth for 4 months to work and save some money. Perth is mad expensive but there is mad money to be made as well so it evens out! We found a great house in the Dianella area, moving in with 3 Aussies and a cat and a dog!! We worked 5-6 days a week, leaving sundays as our only free day to sight see, which we did plenty of, catching sunsets on Scarborough beach, sailing the Swan river, 'Sampling' Little Creatures beer and Cicerellos Fish and Chips in Fremantle, Playing with Kangaroos and Koaloas in Caversham and Cycled around the amazing Rottnest Island and cheering on Perth glory, the western force and the dockers! 

 
 We also got to catch up with loads of friends and family in Perth and given the current economic situation, Perth is full of Irish so we have bumped into loads of People we know on a weekly basis

Throughout our time in Perth the weather was amazing often getting into the 40's which was tough to work and function in. However it was good to spend Christmas and Paddy's in the warm weather for a change. Going to really miss our house mates and Brock the dog, Maximus the hairy cat, not so much!!

 
 We are sad to leave Perth but looking forward to getting on the road again, roll on Cairns!!

Your new abode is definately differant to the hostle scene !! Its great to feel you have the cinema so near ....what a screen !! enjoy you are having the life of reilly !
