Where I stayed
On our first day, we visited The Magic Kingdom. The bus arrived on time and after a few more stops we arrived at the park. We were dropped off near the ticket counters and told where to find the bus going back and the scheduled times. After obtaining our tickets for the two days we would be there, we boarded a ferry-boat to take us across a lake to the park entrance. It was a leisury and scenic trip across the lake. We could have taken The Monorail too if we had wanted, but my wife wanted some different photo shots around the lake.
The Magic Kingdom at Disney World is very similar to Disneyland in Anaheim, California except it is larger and more spread out
There was a large crowd of course, but not an uncomfortable mulitude of people. The weather was warm, but we had some clouds in the sky and the sun was never beating down on us. If we had gone when it was hot and there had been a larger crowd, it probably would not be as pleasant as we experienced and would have exhausted us. I could write a lot about the park, but I'll just say that it's a wonderful and 'magical' place for grown-ups and kids alike. If you don't enjoy it, you must have a cold, cold heart or it was 100 degrees with a million people.
