Today we relocated from West Yellowstone, Montana to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming.  Yellowstone's diversity was amazing, but I must say the Tetons are incredibly majestic. We are staying at an RV park right on 'Colter Bay' which sits right in front of  the Tetons. Looking at these incredible, snow covered mountains, behind the bay really gives you cause to stop and thank God for its beauty.

Once we got packed up this morning, we got on the road around 11am. The drive couldn't have been any prettier, because 90% of it was through Yellowstone. We saw some more wildlife along the way and once we got away from the brushfire area, the weather was perfect. We got checked in here in Wyoming about 1pm, just in time for the boys to go on a 'Junior ranger hike.' Surprisingly, they ran into, Isabel, who they had met back at Yellowstone RV park. Kelly ran to the store while they were hiking and I got the RV set up.

When the boys got back from their hike, they made friends with two boys in an RV across the street. They played cards, baseball and Gameboy with them. Tonight, I cooked some bison burgers on the grill. We had a great dinner and then walked down to a program one of the rangers put on. He did a bondfire and some of the kids roasted marshmallows. He also gave a slide presentation on the life of an elk. It was amazing to learn how unique this animal is and how many there are here in the park.(13,000)

They obviously see a lot of bears in the park. We've had two rangers come by and say "as soon as you finish cooking on your grill, it must be put inside." I'm still waiting to see a bear.
