We packed up this morning to head to Yellowstone. Before we left town, Kelly and the boys visited the 'Museum of the Rockies.' The boys really enjoyed the King Tut exhibit. We also drove to the small downtown area of Bozeman to grab a bite to eat. There was a beautiful historic neighborhood with some amazing old homes.

It took us almost two hours to get to West Yellowstone. The whole drive was beautiful, but when you get into Yellowstone, it's just amazing. Between the rolling rivers, the lush trees and the huge mountains, my neck was sore from looking around. We even caught a glimpse of an elk on the way in. We got into the park around 8:30pm. It's a great park and the boys made a new friend as soon as we got in. There are several families and lots of kids here. Fortunately, we had reservations because they are all sold out. We stayed in tonight and just took a walk around the park.

Tomorrow, we'll go out and explore!
