We spent most of the day at the Royal BC Museum. They were exhibiting the "Titanic" and also had an IMAX film. The IMAX film was about the dives that have been made along with some of the history on the journey. There's something about this historical event that's fascinating. The museum exhibit had many items that were recovered from the crash site. It was interesting to hear accounts of many people who were supposed to be on the ship and for some reason didn't make it. The IMAX movie also interviewed several people who were fortunate enough to have gotten on a lifeboat. You have to wonder what kind of impact an experience like that would have on a child. One thing we'd never heard was that when they were building the ship, many men heard a 'banging noise' coming from somewhere on the ship. There was such a rush to build the ship, many wondered if some how someone was trapped inside the ship during construction.

We did take a break in the afternoon for lunch. Kelly wanted to go for "High Tea."  The boys and I weren't sure what that was, but we went along because we were hungry. It's obviously tradition, so we had to do it.  We felt like we were in England with all of the photos of royalty on the wall.(Kelly was the only one who had 'tea and scrumpets.J)

The weather changed from rain to cold and windy when we finished at the museum. We were planning on renting scooters, but they closed at the same time the museum closed. We went back to the hotel for a while and then went to great little Caribbean restaurant we found.(barter)
