It was a little chilly with overcast skies this morning as we awoke. The boys and I headed out for a tour to Mrs. Grossman's Sticker Co. after Chris returned from an early morning workout. The tour started with a 20-minute video hosted by Mrs.Grossman's dog, Angus, who told us how his owner got started at her dining room table with a heart sticker and showed us how they make the stickers step by step.

You can tell she treats, values, and loves her employees and they feel the same way about her. If Angus likes the other employee's dogs, they are welcomed to come to work with their owners. After walking through the plant, we were all given lots of cool stickers and made a sticker postcard before we left. This will be a great addition to the boy's collection of postcards from everywhere we traveled on our RV trip.

After the tour, we picked Chris up and headed east to Sonoma after passing through grape fields on every hill. The countryside was pretty and the town of Sonoma even quainter. We walked around the town square for a couple hours stopping for the boys to play at the park, drinking a bottle of sparkling grape juice soda, tasting cheese, and grabbing a bite to eat.

We thought Napa would be even better, but were surprised when we arrived downtown. Driving to Napa, we spotted many wineries to stop for a tour and a wine tasting, but we didn't have time today. We were expecting Napa to be very quaint, but seemed to look like alot of other towns

Another stop we made in Napa was COPIA...a great place to learn about the wine making process. We spent an hour at the "Fork in the Road" section that appealed to kids and then road the free trolley down Main Street to Fuller Park. This  park was a big hit for Keegan and Collin with the big playground, large shade trees, and grass area to throw the baseball with Dad. We met another homeschool family there who have been considering selling their home and RVing it also.

Game 3 of the NBA playoffs between the Jazz and Warriors started at 6:00pm, so we listened on the radio as we drove back west to Petaluma to find a sports bar to watch.. We found a great restaurant, Beyond the Glory, with lots of tvs, great food, and packed with lots of Warrior's fans cheering. They had alot of reason to, as the Jazz were beat by more than 20 points. We had fun and met some friendly Warrior fans sitting next to us.

This weekend is supposed to be beautiful and we will take a day trip to the Calistoga area tomorrow. -Kelly

PS-My neck feels so.................much better thanks to Dr. Osgood, my new favorite Chiropractor. I can't believe how much I can move it since he adjusted me and my pinched nerve is gone as of tonight. Thank God!
