The weather was beautiful today, sunny, and in the mid 70's. We drove up north about 90 miles to meet a cousin of mine that I just recently learned I had.. My favorite uncle, Jason, who is 57 and thought he had no kids until last year...found he was the father of a 34 year old daughter who lived in California. We have been excited about meeting Heather, her husband Jeremy, and baby boy Thatcher.
After we met them at their home in Windsor, CA, they took us to a winery that they're members of for a wine tasting event
They also took us to the quaint town of Healdsburg for lunch and we sat in the town square park and chatted some more while Keegan and Collin threw their baseball. We had a great time getting to know them. After our visit, we drove back to San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge and through the downtown area. Riley, our Schnoodle dog, was waiting for us to get out of her cage and play a little ball.
Tomorrow we plan on visiting a church known as The Glide, meet up with another of Chris's cousins, and experience Golden Gate Park. -Kelly
Ephesians 6:1-4 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother." which is the first commandment with promise: "that it may be well with you and your may live long on the earth." And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
