Collin especially likes the eagles and hawks, because he says he has eyes like a hawk. Our very hot day was spent walking through the cactus garden and on desert trails finding the animals, birds, reptiles, etc. who call the desert home.

Keegan's new favorite animal was the coati and Collin enjoyed digging in the sand for dinosaur fossils and climbing through the caves with his brother. The boy's most exciting part of the day was collecting ink stamps of the animal's tracks to put in their book, 15 in all to learn about.

Chris is back at the RV park getting our motorhome serviced...not an easy task.

We picked our Riley up on the way home and the boys were thrilled to see her. She wasn't feeling as spunky as usual. The boys swam with dad when we got back to cool off from our adventurous day of walking through the outdoor museum. What a great day of real life learning about desert life!

Tonight we set out for dinner at P.F. Chang's and then took the boy's bowling on barter. They are getting really good at bowling...Keegan has quite the left hand curve ball and Collin isn't using the bumpers much anymore. Bowling is one of their new favorite sports!
