Beaudry RV Park

We spent most of the day at the pool here at the Beaudry RV Park. This is one of the nicer parks we've stayed at. The boys, again, met some other kids to play with at the pool and the playground.

Late in the afternoon(after it cooled down a little) we went to the 'Seguero National Park.' The park includes a 9 mile drive through the desert where you not only see various types of cactus, but some wildlife. We were on the hunt to see a rattlesnake, but came up empty. We did stop and hike at one point and saw a cool lizard(se pic), a Roadrunner, rabbits and some other birds. About 7 miles into our drive we stopped to help a guy and his very unhappy 6 year old son who were doing the 9 mile tour on bikes. He admittedly overestimated his sons ability. So we threw their bikes on our rack and gave them a ride out of the park.

After the park, we decided to check out downtown Tucson. We had dinner a good Italian restaurant. But the highlight of the day was bowling. We found a place on barter and took the boys to 'Twilight bowling.' We bowled until almost midnight and they loved it. Collin couldn't get over the fact that it was 'almost the next day.' They are both getting very good.
