After for being gone for a week, it's time to catch up on life! My mom is staying with us this week in the RV while Chris is back in Florida for his monthly Home Shopping shoot. We're staying in Mesa, just outside of Phoenix and you've never seen so many 55+ developments, RV parks and park models. After calling several RV parks, we finally found one that would allow us to stay with kids. I'm not sure we're feeling very welcome either.

Today is in the high 90s, beautiful desertscape every where you look, and blue sunny skies. Riley our dog is back with us after spending 10 days with a dog sitter and about 12 other dogs. The boys were thrilled to see her and she doesn't let us out of her sight.

My wonderful mom took Keegan and Collin to the library today after breakfast so I could catch up on paperwork, laundry, and making travel plans. Tonight the boys swam and went to bed early. We're all still mixed up from the time zone changes.

We will let you know if Phoenix is a family friendly destination...not feeling so great about that right now from some of the folks we've met and the way we've been treated. Maybe when we're over 55 we'll come back!
