While in Michigan, Kim and I decided to have our Mustangs shipped to San Diego. They had been in storage for almost 5 years and we did not know what to expect. We had 24 hours to get both cars out of storage and get them running. Kim's father Tom and our friend Jim joined us for the car preparations. Kim's '72 Mach 1 needed a new fuel pump and some trans fluid. With fresh oil and gas both cars were soon running. The next day the car hauler showed up and our cars were on their way to San Diego.
