It seems the adventure never ends!  We traveled across South Dakota and spent a couple of nights in Sioux Falls.  This is our official 'home' and we needed to register our vehicles and pick up some mail at our mail forwarding service.  We could have done both of these things without stopping but, hey, the highway took us right through and it was a good place to stop on our way to Iowa.

Two days later we were up early and on the road heading for my sisters place in Iowa.  We hadn't gone much more than 30 miles when we heard that all to familiar KABOOM!! That's right, we had another blowout.  The difference this time was that it occured traveling at highway speeds ( 62 mph to be exact) Ken, using all his years of training and experience, managed to get us safely to the side of the road.

So, long story short.  We spent about 10 hours along the shoulder of Interstate 90 in Minnesota.  Once 'road worthy' again we realized we couldn't make it to my sisters that day so we decided to find the closest WalMart. If you haven't traveled along Interstate 90 in Minnesota let me just tell you that the closest WalMart was about 100 miles away!

After a restful evening at 'camp' WalMart we headed down to my sisters place in Iowa.  This visit has been re-scheduled a couple times this year - it just seems to be one of those years where we keep having to re-arrange things.  It's a good thing I turned over that 'new' leaf last year - remember!!  So, after a to short visit we are once again on the road heading for new places and new sites.  Stay tuned!!
