Today was YATD (Yet Another Travel Day). We left the Black Hills and headed to Colorado. Initially, we were going to stop north of Denver and explore some parks near the Rockies. Unfortunately, we could not find any available hotel rooms anywhere close to the area. We decided to go ahead and drive through to Colorado Springs. It was worth it to get close enough to have another two-night stay at the hotel.
