Hi All

So sorry if we have not been able to tell you all in person yet, but now we are busting to tell our news.  Clare my gorgeous wife is 'bun in the oven' Pregnant!!!!  Woop woop, hooray!  We are both really pleased and so looking forward to becoming ma and pa.

We are now at our 12 1/2 week point.  So today we had to go for our first check up and scan.  We went to a private place who are doing the test on behalf of Queen Alexandra Hospital Portsmouth.  QA is where we are booked in to have the baby around our due date of 3 April 2010.

This test includes a blood test to check for risk factors such as Down's Syndrome.  It is called The Nucal fold scan.  At the same time the babies length was measured as 63.5mm!

Now finally we can make it common knowledge that we are 'with child'.  Although we both feel like shouting it from the rooftops, we will refrain.  We are both really excited and cant wait for LB to become BB, VBB and then Baby Rhodesie the 1st!!

If we havent already spoke to you we will catch up soon, in the meantime we hope you enjoy these pictures and videos.

All our love

Clare, Alex and LB
