Arrived at 8pm at the hotel and got quite a culture shock.. not sure if we actually like staying 5 star... but give me a day and Im sure Ill adjust haha....

Anyway.. hotel is lovely and things worked out exactly as planned. We spent the two days between the fantasic pool and spas on the 8th floor complete with flowering frangapani trees and going in and out of the amazing MBK shopping complex which has a door connected from the hotel directly into the 1st or 2nd floor of the shops.

So we didnt leave the building until we had to go out the front door to climb into the taxi for the trip to the airport home.. ha ha.... but then who'd want to go outside (except for 8 floor swimming) as its 40 degrees and 100 percent humidity!!! - AND WE HATE THE HEAT...hhaaahaha

Tomorrow - Melbourne.... are we ready for it yet??... not sure...
