The only thing worth mentioning is that if you're with a coach and you want to park at the Sybdicat Building's parking, that'll ease you of 100 RON (approx 35 EUR).
Of course, you get a ticket if you don't pay it, but it's very probable that the ticket is less expensive.
I still would reccomend to either make a quick pick-up from the docks, or find another parking.
You really can't stick around too much, because who knows what other fees they have over there.
