Where I stayed
We both woke up at 0730 am. Restless all night; nervous energy. We had breakfast at the Gold Lion. Apparently, Conrad had eaten there previously for lunch. Hopefully lunch was better b/c the breakfast was less than memorable. But, it was food. Running last minute errands picking up a few things at Wal-Mart and Bed Bath & Beyond. Must travel with a neck pillow on long flights!
Back at Gram's, Conrad is working with Bruce doing fix-it stuff. Owning your own hostel allows you to learn how to fix stuff, whether you wanted to know it or not! I took pictures so that everyone could get an idea of what Gram's Place is like. It has very sociable outdoor areas. I love the fountain and Conrad likes the outdoor shower (does this surprise anyone!?). We will be headed to the airport shortly. Fly from Tampa to Miami. Wait in Miami for 2 hours, then fly 9 hours to Madrid. It will be 7 am on October 4th by the time we get there.
