After They stretched their legs in Lambs Gove they continued south again on I-74 to Peoria and continued on this state till we reached the Indiana border. Around 4:pm the sun was no longer in the clouds and it sky was blue. YEAH. No interesting land marks were seen and the the ladies only remember seeing corn, rows and rows of it..... crop after crop......mile after mile.
In Indiana they saw more corn, Rows and rows of it.....crop after crop....mile after mile....until shortly after Indianapolis on I-45 and the sun had set.
Louisville, KY was beautiful at night, the view of the city as the river was being crossed was pretty or so Louise thought. She thought it was worth a picture but opted not to stop on the bridge or stop at all since today's goal was to make it as far as possible.
In Lexington the ladies were tired and stopped to fuel up and asked the friendly gas clerk for a good place to stay he referred us down the road 30 miles since the city hotel prices were up due to the equestrian games that were starting tomorrow.
