More than slightly disappointed by Loreto's lacklustre town centre and inaccessible, rocky beaches, we decided to push on in the dark to the Bahia de Concepcion (Bay of Conception - speaking of babies ;)

But we'll always remember Loreto for the panoramic views as you descend the mountains and the breathtaking sight of the red moon rising over the ocean just after sunset.
