We decided to explore a new part of Wellington, a campsite south of Eastbourne about 45 minutes from the city centre. Seaview road did what it said on the tin and did not disappoint. It was overcast and we could sense the promise of a sunny day. Because of the hole in the ozone layer, as soon as the sun comes out, it's hot! It can get very harsh at times, for that reason we're glad we're not here in the heart of summer.

It was at this point that it dawned on us. We had entered unchartered territory - both literally and figuratively. Never before have we been on holiday for more than 3.5 weeks...ever! We have never not worked (nor been looking for work) for longer than 3.5 weeks in all our working lives.
