Happy 10 months to our cheeky and determined little girl.

Just a travel day today. Up, pack, breakfast, load the car, and head to the ferry terminal. No hiccups this time, and we arrive in plenty of time to get the boat we are reserved on. Lunch and a play at the terminal before we board. Dylan has picked up the phrase "this is very difficult but I'm learning", which is so cute. No idea where he has got it from, he uses it a lot at the playground where he can't yet climb a certain part.

Taya naps on the boat, and Dylan plays with the other children in the playroom. He is delighted to have some playmates and they run around like lunatics. Grandma buys him a new car, which is a shark on wheels, and he chases the girls and their unicorns around the room. Oh the world of imaginary play, it's hilarious to watch. Taya takes the boat in the playroom for a spin.

We drop Dylan and the grandparents at the hotel then go and switch our hire car for a smaller one for the rest of our trip. We are slightly delayed by an unbelievably rude man sorting things out, but return back to the hotel in time for our last big family dinner. We eat at the hotel restaurant which is really nice. Grandma and Dylan have a ball sharing their pizza together, and Taya tries her first corn on the cob. It might be a long time until we get to do this again.

Grandma babysits for us whilst the rest of us head to the bar for a few beers. Lovely evening. All back in the same room again tonight, so back to creeping around. We will miss our luxuries, although we have some pretty decent accommodation in the Rockies.

Well, what can we say. All looks like you are having fun and most importantly getting to know the little ones. The scenery looks amazing.
