Woo hoo a good sleep.

Big journey today up to Jackson Hole and The Grand Tetons. It's a 5 hour drive plus stops, so another all- dayer.

The nice thing is that the drives are all so scenic and easy, despite the long distances, you can pretty much guarantee that they will take the time sat nav says, because there are no traffic jams to contend with, and where there are road works, the traffic still moves along at the same speed, just in a reduced number of lanes.

The majority of the drive is in a ridiculously straight line. The road is wide, so Emma (aka Trucker Mummy) gets her foot down.

Rich is king of travel entertainment and has a few new games and tricks up his sleeve today to keep the children happy.

We stop for petrol in a place called Rainey Creek and buy an ice cream since its square ice creams are apparently World Famous. It's cool, and it's square, but it's far from a great ice cream. Dylan doesn't mind and scoffs it down.

About an hour and a half from our final destination the scenery changes and becomes very alpine. We are entering ski resorts. Summer time now though, and we are surrounded by snow capped mountains. Beautiful.

We are staying at a ridiculously expensive RV site for two nights called Firestone Resort. It's by far the most expensive we've encountered. Nice, but nothing special, its all about the location. Jackson is a playground for the rich, and therefore prices are high.

Dinner on our picnic table and Taya consumes her body weight in sweet potato mash. Dylan and Rich play football, then roll down a hill for their evening play. Children to bed, and its time for a campfire and some s'mores.
