So, this morning we left Kilkenny...and headed to Wicklow...another beautful drive. We saw the Powerscourt Waterfall, which is out of this world....Also went to The Gardens....Beautiful....We ended up driving into Dublin (yes, I drove in Dublin!!!) To me it resembles Paris as far as how busy it is...Lots of hustle and bustle..We made it to the airport to return the rental car and can barely lift our bags. Kelly even had to buy a bigger suitcase. We swear were not shopping anymore but neither one believes the other.
Had Indian food for dinner tonight...It was yummy...Very cultural here in Dublin. Big City life. We are staying next to Trinity College at a really funky, ecclectic, hotel..We have a few days to tour Dublin before we head home. Both of us can feel our trip winding down....it's a little sad for The Gordon Girls...we have had soooooooooooooo much fun. It has been better than we could have ever imagined. We both have Ireland in our hearts and I would venture to say we will return someday.
