Well, my blog from last night disappeared (aliens) and didn't publish so I'm re-writing as we head to the Grand Canyon.
Yesterday we decided to explore the city of Roswell. We visited the Roswell History and Art Center and also the UFO museum. They were all very interesting, as history, art, and museums should be. Although I'd love to spend the next 30 minutes scribing the details of all that we saw, instead I'll encourage y'all to ask us about it when we get back!
We also did a little bit of window shopping and did our part to help the local economy.
We came back to camp and took a nap because, well, because we could!!! By the way, how's work everyone? We keep asking each other what day it is and/or what time it is, although it hardly matters. Nah nah nah!
In summary, the city of Roswell is mainly a tourist town. There are alien statutes on every corner and signs that say "We serve aliens" or "Aliens welcome" everywhere. It was cute at first but got old really fast. We tried to relate being that we live in a tourist city ourselves, but we all agreed that "Where thousands live where millions wish they could" and our Blue Angels just never gets old!!
Today's plan includes driving thru the Petrified Forest, the Painted Desert, and of course, The Grand Canyon!

Looks like you girls are having a fun time. You deserve it. Watch out for Debby, she tends to wet the bed. If possible DO NOT sleep under her. Ciao.

Circle A is the same, business as usual. So don't worry about this place, or what day it is, or what time it is! Just make sure you all get your butts back here cause I miss you!!!

Stay safe and have a blast!

Love the pictures and the stories! Aliens do exist and they are watching Roswell for unwary travelers, on their way to the Grand Canyon. So try not to let anyone know you are tourists. Remember, you've got to drive all the way back yet, and any time spent with Aliens is going to cut into your schedule. Enjoy the whole 'Gosh, I don't even know what day it is' thing, and everything else.
