We got a late start out of Mississippi and spent a night at a Walmart on the way toward New Iberia, LA. We drove along US 90 most of the way and spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at this campground. We drove down to see the Tabasco factory on Avery Island and had lunch (sausage and boudin) at their restaurant. I thought about buying a gallon jug of Tabasco ($48) but decided that might be a bit excessive. We also looked around Lafayette while here. The campground was Ok but they did have excellent WIFI and was $25 a night.

We are starting to wander back toward the southwest where we will leave the truck and trailer and head out for our Panama Canal Cruise.
