Although this is halfway through the holiday have had little access to internet. I am only writing for today as a practice and, if it works, I will fill in other details. Suffice to say that I am in Costa rica, it is fab, everyday and every `place seems to have a differenty climate., The food is often very good or, alternatively we can have beans and rice, rice and beans, beans without rice or rice without beans.

The people ar very, very nice, friendly, helpful etc. The country is beautiful and we have seen lots of different animals and birds. The rainforest-jungle is a bit scary but, although not the most intrepid member of the group I did manage tovisit butterfly farm without valium
