Woke up to fresh, clean, clear air on the balcony.  It was chilly, but invigorating.  We had breakfast and then a walk around the ship to get our bearings.

The day was clear and wonderful with great weather.  Praise God for answering our prayer for good weather.  Only He has the power to hold back the storms of life and He is Lord.

We missed a whale sighting by only minutes, but I sat on my balcony and watched the land as we sailed past.  The crisp air and the sound of the wind and waves breaking away from the ship were hypnotic.  Again.  Balcony time is a great freebee.

In the distance, three mountain ranges layered their way into various fading shades of gray and blue.  Two large peaks were shrouded with clouds.  We picked the starboard side of the ship so we could see land as we traveled north.  But today, on either side, there is only ocean.  Still, I could sit here on my balcony all day.

This afternoon, Brian and I went to a cigar bar and bought a couple of mild cigars.  Sitting by a large, round window, with our feet propped up, we just watched the world go by as the ship sailed through one narrow passage.

Tonight, we all donned formal wear -- Adam's first tux -- and we went to dinner.  Brian and I both had the Prime Rib AND Lobster Tail.  Both were excellent.  Following that, we listened to music for a while and then went to bed
