Hi again,

Well, we have had another pleasant couple of days in London, site-seeing and absorbing the London culture.

On Friday, we had a slower paced day, and checked out the Museum of London at Barbican (near The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where my singing teacher here is a professor). This is a very good museum (with free admission to boot), which gives an overview of London from prehistoric times through to the 19th century. If you are in London, it is definitely worth the visit.

Yesterday (Saturday), we took a ferry ride up the Thames River to Greenwich, famous for being the place from which all time across the world is measured. It is a delightful place, and for you musos, home of the Trinity College of Music. There is also the excellent Maritime Museum, and the observatory (where the 0 degrees longitude line runs). Also a must to visit if you are around this way.

Today, we are having a rest day, and catching up on washing etc.Exciting, isn't it!

Check out the pics (many of which belong to the previous post), and have fun. We are!!
