After 19 hours of busride i arived in Bariloche. The countryside is great so far. Again crazy rock formations in all colours and here as well lakes and some green plants. (compared to the north, were the vegetation was mostely brownish).

From the busterminal i took a cab with an Israeli guy and i checked in in the Marco Polo Inn Hostel. On the way i hat a glimpse at the centre and im not sure if i like it. Looks like a copy of swizerland and even 4 "Bernerdinerhunde" where there. Maybee you can take a picture with them for a only 10 Dollars. I don't know, but I will find out.

I did some nice walk in the Boque de Arrayanes, its a protected forrest with trees without a bark that only grow here.

The next day i planned to go skiing but the weather cleared up and i finally went to a trek. I went from the Ski Resort "la Cathedral" to Refugio Frey. The last "hour" turned out to get 2 hours because i took the wrong route and the snow was very soft, even with snowshoes.

Arriving in the Refugio I met Ruppert the Caretaker and his Boss "Torta" the Cat. He told be that the way to Refugio Jakob is impossible without crampons and quite dangerous doing it solo. So i decided to just walk a bit in the surounding mountains and chill a bit in the sun the next day. The evening a team of one Canadian and one Italian girl and a Italian Pastamaker.
And close before sunset an argentinian couple arrived (they had no snowshoes). Guess what we had for dinner? Pasta! Very funny and nice evening, and we had a great laugh when i brought my "noseflute from vietnam" out.

The second night in the tent was very stormy but due to my beloved earplugs I could at least sleep a bit. Next day I packed my stuff in the backpack and went the steep part together with the Argentinians until they were save on the trail.

Arriving in Bariloche, I first washed my cloth, had a nice hot shower, watched rugby England against French and finally had a bottle of redwine and 1/2 a kilo of wonderfull Argentinian Beef.

Later I will at least see the first half of the game Argentina against South Africa and then head to the busterminal for a 30 hours busride to Rio Gallegro.
