After what can only be described as a hair raising catamaran ride from Phangan to Chumpon (via Ko Tao obviously) we grabbed a coach for 5 hours and were met in Hua Hin by Sof's ex boss Ernest at around 10:30pm. Got whisked away to his plush apartment and fed a rather amazing T-bone steak dinner, washed down with Thai Champagne (it was rather good i have to say!) and a cheeky red from South Africa. Awoke in what is probably the biggest room we've slept in to date and the most comfy beds - result!

We've a day here before driving to BKK tomorrow so I think some exploring will be carried out today in Hua Hin..more soon!
