UPDATE -- The bus tour was a no go. We went to the stop and waited for an hour, then got so hot, our mission became ICE CREAM!
Fortunately our day ended on a very high note with a fabulous steak dinner at Happening in Puerto Madero (Alicia Moreau de Justo 310). For $50 a person we had: two apps (amazing octopus carpaccio), two bottles of delicious malbec, four steaks and two desserts.
Last time we ordered the filet and this time we asked our waiter what he thought was best. He agreed that of course the filet is delicious but also there were other cuts that were very "sabroso" (flavorful) so he ordered two of the entraņa and two bife de chorizo and we each got to try both. The entraņa looks like a skirt steak, though the menu attempted no translation to English. It was my personal favorite, though the thicker piece of bife de chorizo was also very good, and when ordered rare, was perfect for our medium rare palates.
