We met our new Busabout group in Split on Sat morn. Was a small group of about 18 for the trip up to Prague (we were getting off halfway in Bled). The tour leader was an odd Canadian man who'd done all sorts of jobs including flying helicopters for heliskiing and working at Sexpo in Sydney. He also had a mascot for the bus which was a stuffed beaver whose name i cannot recall.

So we travelled on the bus to Pag (a small island off Croatia), which was extremely barren in places owing to some unfortunate combination of salt water and winds. The part of Pag in which we stayed was somewhat of an Ibiza of the East, complete with superclubs (ie fitting thousands of people) and ridiculous amounts of young UK visitors (many of whom were bleary eyed, still drinking, walking back from the clubs as we left the town the next morning at 8:00). As i do not posess the ability to dance and did not want to stay up until 2am when the clubs started kicking off, we had dinner with the group plus a few ciders and turned in.
