So after 5 days in Havana we got sick of the hustling and hired a car and drove to Viņales, a small town in an area known to be one of Cuba´s most scenic. Brooksy and I stayed with a lovely old couple, watched a tight baseball match between Cuba and Puerto Rico, saw all the scenery and this big-ass cave. In the cave we went on a speedboat through a river bit, and the guide was pointing out stalactites with a laser pointer that had very small resemblences to stuff like snakes, crocodiles, fish and other weird stuff. It was random. Also saw a huge mural on the side of a hill, called the Mural of the Prehistoric, painted by a Diego Rivera fan. Very weird.
