Another early morning as we head from
Niagara Falls to
Ithaca to tour Cornell, we were up at 4:00am. The drive down went smoothly until we arrived in the town of Ithaca and couldn't find any streets or landmarks that seemed to match the map I had printed from the Internet. I started to get a little crabby (OK maybe REALLY stressed out, as we were running tight on time for the tour). Terry dropped Allie Jo and I off at the admissions office and we raced to register for the tour. We were in such a hurry we didn't have time to grab a camera, if you want to see Cornell campus go online and look. Terry went off with Tatyana and Riley to find something to do while we had the tour and information session. The tour started at 9:00am and ended at 10:30am and the info sessions started at 11:00am on a different part of campus. The 9:00am and tour and 11:00 info session were PACKED. I will let Terry tell the story of how his day went while Allie Jo and I were at Cornell. After we were re-united we went to check out the town of
Ithaca and then left for
Boston. We left earlier than planned, which was a good thing since we had a six-hour drive ahead of us. We made it into Boston after dark and checked into our hotel around 9:30pm. We settled into the hotel and I was in bed as soon as possible, however the kids stayed up a little later.
