A short, but spectacular way to see Victoria Falls, and small parts of the Zambezi River. I'm here towards the end of the dry season – after the rainy season, the falls stretch from bank to bank, all across that cliff, and the islands are mostly flooded. It also started to get too windy, so we had to cut the flight short, missing most of the upper and lower parts of the river. (I intend to go back to try again, though, starting earlier in the morning.)

You can’t take a camera with you on the flight. Basically, if you were to drop it, it would get sucked back into the propeller, which could come apart and damage the wing and then you’d die. The photos here are from a camera mounted on the wing, taken about every 5 seconds and available to buy after the flight. You have to be in them – I asked about getting photos that didn’t include us, but the mounting is fixed, so, no. They include about 100 other photos of the falls and river in the set you buy.

Anyway, that’s why there aren’t many photos of this. It actually would have been hard to take photos anyway, it really was very windy. Very fun way to travel, though!
