Today we are on the lookout for sloths.. And we found some!! They are known as the koalas of Costa Rica and they are beautiful animals with a great hair cut.. (Mullet!!)
Manuel Antonio is a national park with a concentrated area of jungle right on the beach.. does it get any better? We spent the better part of the day exploring the jungle and all it had to offer with some of the beaches being the nicest I have ever seen!

Not only are the animals plentiful on land but the water had an abundance of wild life for us to enjoy! We head out nice and early for a fishing trip.. We had heard the area was EXCELLENT for fishing and were all very VERY excited to know what the ocean had install for our day on the water! Only one hour into our trip we had were lucky enough to see dolphins gliding along with the front of the boat.. Turtles floating gracefully on the surface and a marlin flying out of the water, which made us all even more excited!! As it was coming to lunch time we had not even touch a rod and our excitement was fading.. Fast! We were lucky enough to see at least 12 sails of the sailfish cutting through the glass surface of the ocean.. But we still had not even touch a rod!

It was almost time to start heading in.. And we were all extremely disappointed!! It had been a very unlucky day on the water.. Just as Solomon was asking if we could maybe try our luck with a bit of bottom fishing.. One of the lines starts dragging!! We were on!! A fifteen minute fight with a very big SAILFISH!! Awesome!!
