Now two month have past and time is going super quick. And after Lago Titicaca, CeAnn and I separated for a week. Making me realize how short of time I have left in Arequipa. I am going to miss it, but I am currently enjoying it to the max, and glad to not be travelling for so many days without being here. Though at this writing (12/Jul - Happy Birthday Ryan and Hunter!) I have two weeks in Arequipa and then a week in Cuzco/Machu Picchu and then south bound until almost September. Anywho, CeAnn and I made a trip to Lake Titicaca as our last trip together :(. We travelled to Puno, the large city on the peruvian side, and then to Copacabana on the Bolivian side. Highly reccomend the Bolivian side as long as you get your visa in the US (quite the pain from here). We had a great time on the 5 day trip and it was absolutely gorgeous and absolutely freezing. Seriously couldn't have put on more warm clothes! When I said it doesn't snow in Cuzco, well it does in Puno/Copacabana....but it was the first time since 1993..how lucky could we be!!! Teaching had been going good until after this trip when I lost my class because of schedule changes....quite bummed about that. But before that I got to prepare their final exam and had a great time teaching them for a whole month (I think they learned a lot). Also before this trip I was missing home quite a bit, being as I knew it was almost 4th of July.....missing family....friends! Spanish is good although with all the traveling I have spoken less and was excited to return to speak more.
