We had a great time in Pucon. It`s a small village in the south of Chile surrounded by volcanoes. Pucon has a real wood cabin, peaked roof , snow village look to it, it`s nice. Whilst we were here we climbed Volcano Villarrica, the biggest active volcano in the area (2800 mts) it took 3 hours to climb the beast and we didn't get to see any lava action! It was smoking. Going down was fun, sliding on our butts. We went hydro speeding down class 3 rapids, which is like a big kick board you hang on to, and when on one of the longest flying foxes in the southern hemisphere at 3.5 kms long though the trees and over valleys. We topped off all the excitement with a trip to the natural hot springs. Pucon rocks!
