Georgetown is Guyana's largest city. I stayed at the Le Meridien Pegasus and the staff service was amazing. They went out of their way to make me feel confortable. Too bad I couldn't see the city at night, the only free time I had, because unfortunately the city is not very safe for tourist after sunset.

We went to Georgetown in April 2008, stayed at the same hotel, and enjoyed seeing your pictures they are a great reminder. Very interesting country, I'm glad my company had business there. Four months later I had the pleasure of hosting 2 gentlemen from Georgetown.
