AlexAir offers the best extreme helicopter tours with the doors off.  We were given a suit to put on over our clothes (pull your hair up ladies because it gets windy) and buckled in.  Headphones on our ears and we were in the air, it's that easy.

We flew over east Maui to Molokai along the coast, over coral reefs, past rain forests to the largest waterfalls in Hawaii.

At no point was I afraid that I was going to fall out of my seat.  My friends husband sat in the front seat and said he felt like he was going to fall out of his seat the entire trip.  My husband and I sat in the back seat, it was inspiring, heart pounding and magical.  I would do it again in a heartbeat.

This was one of the highlights of our trip.
