Hi everybody
Just wanted to put in an entry for those who are keeping tabs on us. We are still here waiting for the water over the roads to subside so we can continue our journey. The rains have stopped and it is beautiful again!Hopefully we can leave tomorrow. It's hard to get updates on conditions south.

We spent most of yesterday drying out our RV's and resting. We have met some very interesting people who are stuck here too.
One couple is from Germany and have been on the road for 19 months on 2 motorcycles sleeping in a tent. They are going to Central AMerica and are going to do the Spanish School there. They were planning on doing it in Coasta Rica but I talked to "Rosa" this morning and told her about the one in Guatemala that I am gonna do in January and she now is very interested -

Anyway I am trying to upload some video of part of the river crossing we did but so far am having technical difficulties. I'll continue to try.

Thanks for checking on us!

Cool pictures! I especially liked pictures of the Japanese buoys and plane parts. We all know a picture can tell a thousand words (or something like that), but if the items could talk, imagine the stories that could be told. I know your parents are so proud of you and please tell them a long overdue hello for me (they always gave me a warm felling in my heart after a visit or conversing on the phone). Keep emailing work or home - have to read work email every day - home email is first come first online and with three wonderful children 15, 13, and 11 they usually get first dibs. Be safe and may God be with all of you on the trip. Where next?

Love ya,
Robby
Ps take more pictures - even if they seem boring to you it is an adventure for everyone else!
