So we've finally left, and it still doesn't quite feel real! I think it's about 5 hours until we land in Lima and I don't think you are really meant to start travel blogs this early but Sarah has been sleeping since the moment we sat on the plane. That combined with the new film being played on the over head TVs, which must be much older than I am, is called rock of ages and has Tom cruise topless in a wig SINGING! So this fatal combination has lead to our travel blog getting off to an early start....
The beginning of the many goodbyes began in Bristol on friday where we had a meal at the urban wood with some awesome people. Needless to say it was an ace night, even more needless to say I don't remember the end of it! The following day we ventured across to Bournemouth to Marks (Sarah's dad) place and to be honest feel a little worse for wear as a result of the night before. However, this feeling was soon taken care of as what I can only describe as a Roman feast of 10 courses (I think) was beautifully cooked for us by mark in a night that seemed to be an endless amount of eating, drinking and laughing. Fantastic night, the morning was a bit more of a struggle but onwards we must go and with the promise of John's chilli con quorn to look forward to it wasn't to hard. The chilli lived up to expectations, it was also an great evening with Alison and John. This evening was made even better by a visit from Kelly and phil (Sarah's friends) and there daughter (Riley) and son (Oakley) who are 5 and 3 respectfully. These little bundles of joy have more energy than I thought humanly possible in such small little people, and rang rings around everyone else literally! So this takes us up today, departure day (well I think it's still the same day I'm not too sure with the time zones and I haven't slept so it feels like the same day). Alison and John very kindly gave us a lift to the airport, and since they were driving all that way decided to go on holiday to Marrakech... Not a bad life. After grabbing a bite to eat we eased to our deprecate terminals only to discover that there was a Gordon Ramsey restaurant in the our terminal, Sarah was gutted, I couldn't see how it could be better than 3 mini pies and chips from
Wetherspoons! That's pretty much it besides the actual flights, which besides TVs from the 1970's and a topless TC have been fairly standard.
So just want to say thanks to everyone who we have seen over the last couple of days you will all be missed ( except you Nicky, I'm kind of glad I won't be seeing you for a year ha!)

Mucho love Tai & Sarah

P.s I promise the next entry will be actually about traveling and have cool pictures etc. in it!
