Yesterday we took a bus out to Dongtou Island. It is the same island that we rode our bikes out to in September but couldn't quite finish the job. Myself, Kevin, Tristen, and two girls from Chicago: Kat and Janet, whom we met last week went out to the island. Our first stop was a Military theme park that was full of old military training grounds, obstacle courses, weaponry, and old battleships and jets throughout the area. Very interesting place. Second, we went out to the sea shore The spot we went to was full of big rocky cliffs with some very nice views down to the ocean and the surrounding islands. Really neat place (and full of some good chinglish signs included in the next entry.
