It's been another 27.6 miles in the running log.
I'm now in Indiana, having crossed the border from OHIO.
The days are getting shorter and colder and I've done several runs in tights and a shell.
Mostly I've run the 5Km loop though I'm starting the long buildup again either to the PGH Half Marathon in May or into injury again. So I did 5 miles today. After having run 3.1 yesterday I found myself actually feeling fatigued at 5 miles.
